Terms of Use
By using the Offline Play services, whether on the Offline Play website (e.g., fitboxlab.io or any domain redirecting to this website) or on the mobile applications for iOS and Android devices (collectively referred to as "Offline Play Apps"), users agree to these General Terms and Conditions ("GTC"). If a user does not agree to these terms, they must refrain from registering. These GTC apply to all websites and applications provided by the provider and govern the use of Offline Play services, whether free or paid.
1. General Terms
1.1 The Offline Play services are provided by FITBOX TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD, registered at 33 UBI AVENUE 3 08-55 VERTEX (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"). For more information about Offline Play and Chengdu Ledong Information & Technology Co., Ltd., please refer to the copyright notices on the website or applications.
1.2 The Provider offers users various interval training methods through Offline Play. The subject of this agreement is the use of services provided on the Provider’s website (e.g., fitboxlab.io), other Offline Play websites, or software applications (collectively, the "Services"), whether free, paid, or ad-supported. Users may check on fitboxlab.io whether the Provider offers a mobile application compatible with their device or operating system. Paid services will be clearly marked.
1.3 The Services are available on all platforms or devices supported by Offline Play. For any limitations, especially technical ones, please refer to the respective service descriptions.
1.4 Registration is required to use the Services. Registration can only be completed via the Offline Play mobile app. During the registration process, users must agree to these GTC and the Privacy Policy. Users may also register using their Facebook accounts. In such cases, registration is completed after entering the relevant Facebook account details and clicking "Confirm." Users guarantee that all data provided during registration is complete and accurate. A contract between the user and the Provider is established once the Provider confirms the registration electronically.
1.5 By registering, users accept these terms. If users access the Services via the app and download Offline Play from a third-party app store or access content through audio/video platforms like Google Home, the terms of use of the respective app store or platform will apply. In case of conflicts, these GTC shall prevail.
1.6 Downloading and using Offline Play on third-party networks or abroad may incur data transmission fees from the user’s internet service provider.
1.7 Users must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to use the Services. The Services are exclusively for consumers. Under legal definitions, a consumer is an individual engaging in legal transactions for purposes unrelated to their commercial or independent professional activities. The use of Offline Play for commercial or other profit-driven purposes is strictly prohibited.
2. Paid Services
2.1 Certain Offline Play services require payment. The range of available services depends on whether the user opts for free or paid services. Free users can access basic features and information, while subscribers gain access to more extensive functionalities. Offline Play provides detailed information about paid services, including fees, service scope, limitations, and terms. Payment grants users access to the purchased service. All fees include applicable sales taxes.
2.2 The process for purchasing paid services is outlined in the descriptions on the app store, Offline Play, or fitboxlab.io. Placing an order constitutes an offer from the user. Clicking the order button does not itself establish a sales contract for paid content. The contract is only formed upon successful payment and receipt of an electronic confirmation.
2.3 Offline Play offers subscriptions of varying durations. By activating paid content, users gain permanent, personal, non-commercial access to the content on all devices associated with their app store account. Users may not publish, copy, distribute, or provide content on the internet without authorization.
2.4 Payments are generally processed through the respective service providers (e.g., app stores), and users may need an account with the service provider.
2.5 App store terms may affect subscription durations or renewal processes. For details, refer to the app store terms or service descriptions.
2.6 Users are responsible for any fees incurred due to their inability to process payments.
2.7 The Provider reserves the right to modify its business model, such as making certain services available only for paid use.
3. User Rights and Obligations
3.1 The Offline Play services are for personal use only, and accounts may not be transferred to third parties.
3.2 Users may not:
Use paid services simultaneously on multiple devices;
Share authentication or identification data with third parties;
Use services in public venues (e.g., cinemas, exhibitions);
Circumvent access control systems without authorization;
Transfer or assign rights or obligations under these terms.
3.3 Users are responsible for their actions on Offline Play, including but not limited to:
Avoiding the publication of illegal content;
Refraining from impersonating others;
Not uploading viruses or copyrighted content without permission.
4. Liability and Disclaimer
4.1 The Provider is not responsible for any health issues arising from the use of the Services. Users should consult a doctor before undertaking any training.
4.2 The Provider is not liable for losses caused by minor negligence unless such losses result from the breach of core obligations.
4.3 Users must indemnify the Provider for any losses resulting from violations of these terms or legal provisions.
5. Contract Duration and Termination
5.1 Contracts for free services can be terminated at any time. Users may delete their accounts via the app settings or terminate the contract via email.
5.2 Contracts for paid services are initially valid for the minimum subscription period and automatically renew unless terminated in advance by the user or the Provider.
5.3 The Provider may terminate the contract due to user violations of these terms.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1 The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Services.
6.2 The Provider reserves the right to modify these terms for legal or technical reasons, with prior notice to users.
