Thank you for registering with Offline Play and using the Offline Play membership services. The following agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Offline Play regarding your membership (hereinafter referred to as “Member”) and the use of the membership services provided by Offline Play (hereinafter referred to as “Membership Services”).
Please read this agreement carefully before using the Membership Services. If you do not agree, please stop any further actions immediately and provide feedback through the channels provided by Offline Play. Your use of the services (including but not limited to purchasing, payment/receiving gifts, completing all operations required to become a Member, or using Membership Services) will be deemed as having read and agreed to all the terms of this agreement.

1.1 Offline Play Member
Refers to registered users who have completed the full registration process, agree to the Offline Play Membership Service Agreement, and use the Offline Play Membership Services in accordance with the relevant usage guidelines.

1.2 Offline Play Membership Services
1.2.1 Definition
Refers to the paid value-added services provided to Offline Play Members, including exclusive membership benefits and privileges. Users can enjoy these services after paying the corresponding fees.
1.2.2 Service Validity Period
The validity period corresponds to the membership fee you selected and paid. Unused benefits will not extend the service validity period. After the membership service expires, Offline Play will stop providing Membership Services, and you may repurchase the services as needed.

1.3 Offline Play Membership Benefits
1.3.1  Benefits Include
Unlimited use of the voice and text water intake recording feature.
1.3.2 Changes to Benefits
Offline Play reserves the right to adjust all or part of the membership benefits and applicable user devices based on its operational strategy. Offline Play will notify you of any changes through relevant service pages or other reasonable methods.
1.3.3 Additional Payment Notes
During the membership validity period, Offline Play Members can use the above benefits for free. However, you understand and agree that for content provided in cooperation with third parties or other value-added services outside the scope of Membership Services, Offline Play will charge additional fees, including but not limited to services beyond the aforementioned benefits.

2.1 You must ensure that you have full civil capacity and legal capacity to enter into and fulfill the rights and obligations under this agreement during the process of activating and using the Offline Play Membership Services.

2.2 Before activating Offline Play Membership Services, you must complete registration or login as an Offline Play user and ensure that the registration information provided is true, accurate, complete, legal, and valid.

2.3 You must ensure that the process of becoming an Offline Play Member is officially recognized by Offline Play. Any behavior to obtain membership through unauthorized means (including but not limited to theft, exploiting system loopholes, purchasing unauthorized Offline Play membership accounts from illegal websites, etc.) grants Offline Play the right to cancel your membership and pursue legal liability.

2.4 After completing the above process and agreeing to all terms of this agreement, you will obtain Offline Playmembership status.

2.5 About Offline Play Membership Fees:
2.5.1 You may pay for membership services through payment methods accepted by Offline Play or third-party payment services.
2.5.2 Single-purchase membership services include but are not limited to: weekly, monthly, and annual memberships (as provided by Offline Play).

2.6 You understand and agree that Membership Services are virtual digital products that operate on a pay-before-use model. Once the Membership Services are activated, they cannot be transferred or refunded (unless there is a major defect in the Membership Services that renders them completely unusable).
